Doctor's offices (coming soon) will soon be able to click on a link for a downloadable sheet for referrals/consults, you will be able to fill out the patients information and request, send it to us at a secured fax amd by the close of each day, we will schedule your patients appointment and send it to you via fax so that you may inform the patient.  And as always if your patient has a conflict, they may call our office directly to change their appointment
